Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Experience with residential wiring and code compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot residential electrical systems.
• Run new circuits, including low-voltage wiring.
• Perform electrical panel and service upgrades.
• Conduct site visits and prepare material lists.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and deliver excellent service.
• Work independently and with the team to complete installations.
• Experience with Generac generators is a plus.

Compensation

• $35–$45 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday–Saturday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Higher-Paying Shift)

What You'll Do

• Install and troubleshoot residential electrical systems
• Run new electrical circuits, including low-voltage wiring
• Complete electrical panel and service upgrades
• Perform site visits and job assessments
• Prepare accurate material and stock lists
• Communicate professionally with homeowners while delivering exceptional customer service
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete high-quality installations
• Experience with Generac generators is a plus

• Deliver quality workmanship with minimal to no callbacks
• Continuously grow your technical knowledge through certifications and training

Requirements

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
• Experience with older residential wiring ("snake wiring") preferred
• Generac certification or generator installation experience preferred
• Experience with HVAC controls, relays, and zone boards is a plus
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and local electrical codes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship
