Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years commercial electrical experience on Healthcare project.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents.
• Strong understanding of Electrical systems and applicable codes.
• Proficient in trade math.
• Proficient in the safe and proper use of hand and power tools.
• Strong understanding of job site safety standards and commitment to following all company safety policies.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and clients.
• Understand multiple types of conduit and wiring systems.
• Knowledge lighting and lighting controls.
• Knowledge of switchgear, panel, transformer, ATS and generator installation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans, specifications, and work instructions to complete assigned installations or assemblies.
• Installs electrical equipment (panels, lighting, generators etc..), conduit, wiring and assemblies.
• Perform skilled tasks related to fabrication, layout, installation, repair, or maintenance of piping systems and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with general contractors and other trades.
• Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
• Provide instruction, training, and guidance to trainees or apprentices to promote safe work practices and skill development.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in an organized, safe, and serviceable condition.
