This trainee role supports experienced tradespeople, handling materials, tools, and labor to assist with construction, assembly, installation, and maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow specific directions and perform duties that may change.
• Basic math, electrical and mechanical aptitude; ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced workers with layout, assembly, installation, or fabrication tasks as directed.
• Load, transport, and supply materials, tools, and equipment to the job site.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; store tools properly.
• Help lift, position, and secure materials safely during installation or construction.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the Foreman or Journeyman.
