Job summary

B&I Contractors, Inc. is Florida's fastest-growing MEP contractor inviting an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our expanding team. You will oversee multiple project sites, lead Foremen, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of field experience, including supervisory work.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical docs.
Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and applicable codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on site.
Supervise Foremen and field teams across projects to meet schedules and budgets.
Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals; manage material procurement.
Plan manpower and resources to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
Coordinate with PM/Foremen to develop manpower projections and report costs.
