Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions is seeking a skilled Residential Electrician to perform service, installation, and upgrades for electrical systems and HVAC equipment in residential settings. You will work independently and with a team, communicating clearly with customers to explain options and ensure satisfaction.

Required: 3+ years of residential electrical experience, Journeyman License, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential electrical work experience
• Journeyman License required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to explain repair vs replacement options to customers
• Knowledge of safe tool use and maintenance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Ability to read/write/speak English fluently

Responsibilities

• Service, install, reconnect, and upgrade electrical systems as well as heating, air conditioning equipment, and water heaters
• Analyze work orders, follow a daily travel schedule, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and solve problems
• Maintain truck inventory
• Troubleshoot & diagnose residential electrical issues
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Adhere to local and state codes
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Identify, repair, or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using testing devices and various tools

Required Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience of residential electrical work
• Journeyman License (required)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience
• Sales experience

Compensation & Hours

• Commission Pay based on experience
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
• Days: Monday - Friday, on call rotation
