Jon Wayne Service Company is seeking an Electrician to perform residential maintenance and service work. You will work independently and with a team, communicating clearly with customers especially when issues arise, and helping ensure their homes are safe and up to code.

You will handle installations and service calls, travel to customer sites, maintain truck inventory, and diagnose electrical problems while delivering strong customer service and adhering to safety standards.

Formación

• 1+ years of residential electrical work experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.
• Basic computer skills; ability to use an iPad to document work.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with servicing and installation of electrical systems and upgrades.
• Analyze work orders, follow daily travel schedule, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively solve problems.
• Maintain your truck inventory.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Adhere to local and state codes.
• Maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience of residential electrical work
• Follow instructions and retain what you were taught
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn and advance your knowledge of the trade
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
• Minimum of 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience
• Sales experience

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $17.00 - $24.00/hr + commission
• Flexible start and end times depending on business needs
• Days: Monday - Friday, on call rotation
