Jon Wayne Service Company seeks an Electrician to perform residential maintenance and service tasks on-site in Texas. You’ll work independently with a team when needed, communicating clearly with customers and ensuring safe, high-quality electrical work.

Compensation includes 17–24 USD per hour with commission, full benefits, a matching 401(k), paid holidays and PTO. Flexible schedule with on-call rotation and growth opportunities within the company.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of residential electrical experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions and retain information.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills; ability to document work on an iPad.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsabilidades

Essential Job Functions

• Assist with servicing and installation of electrical systems and upgrades
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following a daily travel schedule, listening to customerconcerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
• Maintain your truck inventory
• Troubleshoot & diagnose residential electrical issues
• Provide the best customer service possible to our customers
• Adhere to local andstatecodes
• Maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experienceof residential electrical work
• Follow instructions and retain what you were taught
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn and advance your knowledge of the trade
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
• Minimum of 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience
• Sales experience

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $17.00 - $24.00/hr + commission
• Flexible start and end times depending on business needs
• Days: Monday - Friday, on call rotation
