Qualifications

• 5-10 years of carpentry, construction, or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Journeyman-level knowledge of carpentry, building systems, and safety codes.
• Able to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and complete building maintenance requirements including construction, alteration, installation, and repair.
• Construct cabinets, shelving, and specialty carpentry items.
• Coordinate and manage building maintenance projects with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on buildings and related components.
• Inspect building systems to identify defects and maintenance needs.
• Lead and train staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
