Job summary

Zillion Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Project Manager in Vienna, Virginia. This individual will analyze and oversee building maintenance projects and ensure compliance with local and national codes. Strong knowledge of carpentry, regulations, and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of safety regulations associated with the carpentry trade.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and complete building maintenance requirements.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Serve as project manager for building maintenance projects.
• Research and document compliance with regulations.
• Train employees on equipment operation.

Skills

Knowledge of local, state, and national building codes

Ability to work independently

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50 lbs)

Effective interpersonal skills

Experience in commercial electrical maintenance (desired)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (desired)

Successful completion of Apprenticeship Program for carpenters
