Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a Journeyman with experience in constructing, fabricating, installing and dismantling concrete forms and related structures. The role requires reading blueprints, loading materials to site, laying out forms, and using hand and power tools while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include erecting scaffolding, bracing forms, and preparing layouts; strong attention to accuracy and the ability to work at heights is essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with field experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Familiar with standard shop mathematics.
• Able to work at heights and follow safety rules.

Responsabilidades

• Builds wooded structures, such as stairs, formwork, scaffolds, and supports per blueprints or instructions.
• Examines blueprints or plans to determine material requirements and dimensions.
• Loads and hauls job materials to the work site.
• Prepares layout of forms or fixtures using lines or grades.
• Measures and marks cutting lines on materials and shapes them to size.
• Verifies accuracy of structures with transit, plumb bob, square and level.
• Operates carpentry hand tools and power tools.
• Erects frames, forms and scaffolding; installs ladders and handrails.
