Job summary

SongTeller Hotel in Nashville, TN, seeks a Server Assistant to support Jolene’s Lounge and the Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel operation. You will help transport food from kitchen to dining room, serve guests, and maintain a clean dining environment with adherence to health codes.

As part of the Hearts hospitality culture, you’ll collaborate with management and teams to ensure memorable guest experiences while supporting a vibrant top-floor lounge and museum operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Food handler certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Checks with Manager for daily objectives.
• Assist service and kitchen team by bringing complete food orders from the kitchen to the dining room. Serve food to the guests following the trained guidelines.
• Clears and resets tables as needed.
• Provide excellent dining experiences for our guests through proper steps of service.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes.
• Must be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management.
• Participates in daily line ups.
• Practices service standards and current training throughout service.
