Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be able to obtain Serve Safe/Alcohol Server Certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Checks with Manager for daily objectives.
• Properly setting up/closing down bar wells with accuracy and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Craft and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with consistency and precision.
• Maintain knowledge of full beverage menu including spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with health codes.
• Performs service, busser and runner duties as appropriate.
• Be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management.
• Use POS accurately and handle card transactions as directed.
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
• Participate in daily lineups.
• Practice service standards and current training throughout service.
