Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Experience with elective hip and knee/joint/spine orthopedic population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating certification compliance for the program.
• Maintain required audit logs for quality control and care standard compliance.
• Interpret, implement, and enforce department and program-specific policies and procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of state/government regulatory standards and requirements.
• Assist the medical director and ensure accurate communication among physicians, patients, and referral sources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and utilize appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Develop instruction sheets, order sheets, and checklists pertaining to protocols.
• Track, analyze, and report on relevant data and metrics as needed.
• Promote patient satisfaction through excellent service and timely communication.
• Adhere to HMH’s Organizational and Managerial competencies and standards of behavior.
