Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and daily operations of the specified program; acts as an educational resource to patients.
• Compiles statistical information related to the program and serves on corporate-wide committees.
• Assists in recruitment, development, and supervision of team members; coaches and evaluates performance.
• Manages budget and financial indicators; implements process improvements as needed.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, OSHA, ICAVL) and keeps policies current.
• Collaborates with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care across settings.
