This leader acts as a clinical resource to staff, physicians, and patients, represents the program on the hospital leadership team, and drives data-driven reporting and budgeting. The role requires a NJ RN license, a Bachelor’s in nursing, leadership experience, and proficiency in MS Office and EPIC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field.
• Experience with elective hip and knee/joint/spine orthopedic population preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• Current valid NJ RN license.
• BLS Certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the Riverview Joint and Spine program.
• Act as a clinical resource to staff, physicians and patients.
• Represent Riverview Joint and Spine Center on the hospital leadership team.
• Develop and manage budgets for the assigned areas.
• Monitor and analyze key financial indicators and performance metrics; adjust activities as needed.
