Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager for the Riverview Joint and Spine program to coordinate daily operations and serve as a clinical resource to staff, physicians, and patients. You will report to hospital leadership, manage budgets, and monitor performance metrics to drive high-quality care.

The role requires an RN with a BSN, 3+ years in a related field, 1+ year of leadership, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and EPIC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN) required.
• Minimum three years in a related field.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Current NJ RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel and EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the Riverview Joint and Spine program.
• Serve as clinical resource to staff, physicians, and patients for the program.
• Represent Riverview’s Joint and Spine Center on the hospital leadership team with data & metrics.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor financial indicators and adjust activities as needed.
• Ensure policy compliance and staff training across the program.
