Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to coordinate the Riverview Joint and Spine program, serve as a clinical resource to staff, physicians, and patients, and report on key metrics to leadership. The role includes budget management and adjusting activities to changing financial conditions.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, 3+ years in a related field, NJ RN license with BLS, and familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and EPIC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• Leadership experience preferred (1+ year).
• Current NJ RN license and BLS Certification required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Participates, develops, implements, and evaluates the certification compliance for the program (i.e. TJC, DOH, CMS).
• Interprets, implements and enforces department and program-specific policies and procedures.
• Assists the medical director, ensures communication among physician, patient, and outside referral sources is accurate and timely.
• Functions responsibly as a clinical manager, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Develops instruction sheets, order sheets and checklists pertaining to protocols.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff to promote high quality care and service.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports relevant data and metrics; suggests improvements.
• Promotes patient satisfaction and engages nursing leadership when issues arise.
• Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
