CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, a Pequot company, seeks a Joint SOF Trainer for a high visibility program providing training and exercise support to USSOCOM, located at NAB Coronado, CA. The Joint SOF Trainer (Operations and Planning) IV will plan and coordinate the Joint Event Life Cycle to prepare SOF for operations.

Expected salary range is $95,000 - $115,000, with required clearances and extensive SOF experience.

Qualifications

• Current, active Secret security clearance.
• Top Secret clearance eligibility is required.
• Minimum 10 years of operational-strategic SOF experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a SOF command or staff billet within past 8 years.
• Minimum 4 years in joint operations planning and SOF operations.
• Strong communication and client-focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the Joint Event Life Cycle for Joint SOF events.
• Provide training and exercise support to USSOCOM and partner entities.
• Interface with senior staff at TSOCs, GCCs, and related commands.
