Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Concord, MA to support orthopedic procedures using robotic MakoSmartRobotics and manual techniques. You will assist with pre-operative planning, case setup, instrumentation checks, and in -room support to ensure safe and efficient surgeries.

The role involves on-call coverage after hours, weekends, and holidays, building clinical and technical expertise, and collaborating with surgeons and sales teams to deliver consistent patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as listed.
• English fluency in writing and speaking.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Gain solo case coverage competency for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Support daily account coordination, inventory management, and logistics.
• Shadow teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demos, labs, and training events.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage account documentation and system updates.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education

Bachelor's degree, OR Associate degree with 4 years of experience, OR High school diploma with 6 years of experience
