Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Alternatively, an Associate degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Or a high school diploma with 6 years of related experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Gain solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures through hands-on training.
• Assist surgeons with CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
• Support case prep: instrumentation checks, equipment setup, OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the OR with confidence and speed.
• Manage account workflow: inventory management and logistics.
• Build strong surgeon and OR staff relationships; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
