Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will gain hands‑on experience with the Mako robotic system and manual procedures, assisting with pre‑operative planning, setup, and real‑time workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes.

The role requires adaptability, problem solving in a fast‑paced OR, and on‑call coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Clinical experience in nursing, therapy, surgical tech, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide solo coverage for manual and robotic orthopedic procedures after training.
• Assist with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Prepare cases, check instrumentation, ensure OR readiness and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in the operating room.
• Support inventory management and logistics for daily accounts.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional teams.
