Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Joint Replacement to support surgeons in the operating room, assist with pre-operative planning, system setup, and intra-operative workflows for both robotic and manual procedures.

You will cover cases, train and demonstrate products, manage inventory and account coordination, and participate in on-call coverage evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure timely patient care and excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Associate degree with 4 years of related experience; High school diploma with 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Gain solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures with hands-on training.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Manage inventory and logistics for daily account coordination.
• Shadow experienced teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and customer trainings.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners.
