Job summary

Serco is seeking an Authorities Analyst Trainer to join the CJT team in support of JS J7 DD JTE in Suffolk, VA. You will observe, train, and provide feedback to Joint Force Commanders and staffs during exercises and SAVs.

The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and willingness to travel internationally up to 25%. On-site work in Suffolk, VA is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• U.S. Citizenship and Passport.
• JD or higher with 10 years joint ops experience or certs.
• Or Masters with 8+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and trainer in Authorities on Deployable Training Teams.
• Identify command authorities challenges and develop lessons learned.
• Research strategic documents, exercises, and real-world operations.
• Analyze staff planning to align with strategic guidance.
• Mentor and support new Observer Trainers.
• Produce after-action reports and lessons learned inputs.
• Contribute to doctrine development and senior-level seminars.
