We’re seeking someone who’s flexible, eager to learn, and ready to contribute in all areas of the business—from day-to-day real estate activities toadministrative support, social media marketing, and client communications.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate while being part of atight-knit, experienced teamwith deep local knowledge and a strong reputation in the Astoria market.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property showings, open houses, and client appointments
• Support transaction coordination
• Help manage administrative tasks such as data entry, client follow-ups, and maintaining organized records
• Create and post engaging content for social media platforms to promote listings and build brand presence
• Support marketing efforts including listing descriptions, email campaigns, and basic design tasks
• Help maintain listing platforms (MLS, StreetEasy, etc.) and update property information as needed
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales

Qualifications

• Must have flexible work schedule.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel to showings and appointments.
• Must be licensed or actively in the process of obtaining a real estate license.
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
