    • Conduct market research to inform assumptions and support investment strategy.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, investment committees, and other stakeholders.
  • Due Diligence & Site Evaluation
    • Perform acquisition due diligence, including review of title reports, leases, zoning analyses, property condition reports, and site inspections.
    • Evaluate entitlements and zoning constraints to inform development feasibility and risk assessments.
  • Third-Party Coordination
    • Engage and coordinate with third-party consultants including legal counsel, architects, engineers, and environmental specialists.
    • Manage workflows related to zoning reviews, environmental reports, and ad hoc analyses.
    • Ensure due diligence deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Transaction Execution

      • Assist in the negotiation of transaction documents, including but not limited to term sheets, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, access agreements and tenant leases.
    • Support closing processes by coordinating across internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless execution.
    • Collaborate with the development team in all stages of the lifecycle of the project from planning and entitlements through stabilization.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel required; Argus a plus).
