Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in California. You will help seniors at home, ensure safety and wellbeing, and tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.
Requirements include 18+, 1 year caregiving, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, vaccination or exemption, TB test or clear X-ray, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, and CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (via us). Travel up to 25 miles.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+.
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
