SoldPHX in Phoenix, AZ is seeking ambitious real estate agents to join a driven team. You will engage clients, execute lead generation systems, and negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers while maintaining strong follow-up and listing skills.

As part of a collaborative environment backed by Keller Williams, you’ll receive hands-on coaching, structured scripts, and regular training to build a sustainable, successful real estate career in the Valley.

• You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Graduate from Team Launch
• Execute Team lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Team Technology
• Conduct four open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
