Responsibilities

• Staff the help line by phone, text, and email during scheduled hours.
• Assist families with paperwork, scheduling, and insurance questions.
• Enter data and maintain confidential information per HIPAA.
• Provide warm referrals and follow up to ensure connections.
• Support outreach events and coordinate with partners.
