Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, administrative, case management, or human services settings preferred.
• Familiarity with Johnson County resources, Medicaid, or behavioral health services a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Staff the System Navigation help line by phone, text, and email during scheduled hours.
• Respond to inquiries within one business day and document contacts in the secure tracking system.
• Provide warm referrals to therapists, psychiatrists, school-based supports, and other providers.
• Collect paperwork and co-pays and enter data into the agency database.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and assist with events and fundraising tasks as needed.
