Langton Green, Inc. is seeking a Job Coach to provide training and support for individuals to engage in employment aligned with their skills. The role includes coaching on job tasks, documenting progress, and coordinating job development across shifts to meet program needs.

Responsibilities include facilitating training, supporting transitions to work, managing schedules, and maintaining thorough documentation. Strong communication and budgeting insight are essential to help individuals thrive.

Qualificações

• Experience in supervising others in a human service setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Excellent dependability and good judgment in safety-conscious environments.
• Proficient communication with individuals served, families, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training and coaching to individuals to perform job tasks and observe supervisor-led activities.
• Coordinate job development and support transitions to employment or volunteer roles.
• Support flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends when needed.
• Give constructive feedback on interactions with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist individuals in developing organizational systems to remember job tasks and expectations.
• Document progress with program notes, attendance, incidents, and outcomes.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 24 hours.
• Help individuals manage earnings and budgeting, and develop personal plans.
