Job summary

Moving Forward is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to work with residents in Napa, providing one-on-one job training and supporting their success in community-integrated employment. You will collaborate with employers, residents and staff to ensure effective placement and ongoing support in the workplace.

The role requires flexibility including weekends and some evenings, a clean driving record with proof of insurance, and a clear background.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and proof of insurance.
• Clear criminal background.
• First Aid certification.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet resident needs. This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evening hours.
• (Preferred) Two years’ experience working with adults with learning/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one job training for workers placed into community integrated supported employment or volunteer work sites.
• Communicate effectively and cooperatively with community employers, employees, individuals and staff.
