Monte Nido Parsippany is seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to join our eating disorder treatment team in Parsippany, NJ. You will support clients through their recovery journey, align with their treatment plans, and foster healthy connections within the milieu and team.

The role involves food prep, supervising meals, and exposure to therapeutic groups to promote clinical growth. Local travel for appointments may be required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and client relations skills; neat appearance; service orientation; flexibility; and the ability to work as a member of a team.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• 2+ years post-high school education completed.

Responsibilities

• Key player in integrating and supporting the clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention consistent with the client’s treatment plan.
• Engage clients in developing healthy and appropriate connections with other clients in the milieu and the team.
• Assist in food prep and set‑up; model and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Exposure to therapeutic groups and developing core skills to promote clinical growth.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations
• Occasionally, drive clients off‑site for appointments and activities.

Recovery Coach (Full-Time)

Monte Nido Parsippany, located in Parsippany, NJ, is a primary eating disorder day treatment program for adults and adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Through partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming, clients participate in group and individual therapy, benefit from Monte Nido’s clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise, and experience real-life challenges.

We are seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to to join our Monte Nido team.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$16 - $21/hr, plus weekend and overnight shift differentials
