Monte Nido Parsippany in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to join our team. The program serves adults and adolescents with eating disorders, offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming under a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16–$21 per hour plus weekend and overnight shift differentials. This role offers growth in mental health and eating disorder care within a supportive work environment.

Formación

• Two years post-high school education minimum; bachelor’s in psychology preferred.
• Strong communication and client relations skills; able to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate and support clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention aligned with the client’s treatment plan.
• Engage clients to develop healthy connections with others in the milieu and team.
• Assist in food prep and setup; model and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Engage in exposure to therapeutic groups and develop core clinical skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.

Monte Nido Parsippany, located in Parsippany, NJ, is a primary eating disorder day treatment program for adults and adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Through partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming, clients participate in group and individual therapy, benefit from Monte Nido’s clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise, and experience real-life challenges.

We are seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to join our Monte Nido team.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$16 - $21/hr, plus weekend and overnight shift differentials

• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.
• We require good communication and client relations skills; neat appearance; service orientation; flexibility; and the ability to work as a member of a team.
