Monte Nido Clementine Montgomery in Skillman, NJ seeks a full-time Recovery Coach for day shift to support adolescents on their recovery journey in a residential program dedicated to eating disorders. You will join a team focused on empathy, education, and family partnerships to replace eating disorders with healthy skills.

The role requires weekend coverage, a 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• Experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired.
• Valid state driver's license with a safe driving history.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in supporting clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and interventions per the treatment plan.
• Help clients develop healthy connections with peers and staff.
• Assist in food prep and supervision of meals and snacks.
• Expose clients to therapeutic groups and help develop core skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients to appointments and activities.

Monte Nido Clementine Montgomery, located in Skillman, NJ, is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Monte Nido Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a Full-Time Recovery Coach to join the Monte Nido Clementine team.

Schedule

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday; Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Pay Rate

$16 - $21/hr, plus weekend and overnight shift differentials

• Occasionally, drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired (and required in some states).
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history
• We require good communication and client relations skills, service orientation, flexibility, and the ability to work as a member of a team.
