Monte Nido Clementine Montgomery in Skillman, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Recovery Coach for the day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to support adolescents through their recovery journey in a residential program.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate client engagement, and collaboration with treatment staff. Pay ranges from $16 to $21 per hour, with weekend and overnight differentials, and on-site benefits are provided to support staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology preferred and at least 2 years of post-high school education.
• At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired (and required in some states).
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.
• Strong communication, client relations, teamwork, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through their recovery journey as part of the treatment team.
• Provide encouragement and intervention aligned with each client’s treatment plan.
• Engage clients to develop healthy connections with peers and staff in the milieu.
• Assist in food prep and supervise meals and snacks as needed.
• Participate in exposure to therapeutic groups and core skill development.
• Conduct rounds and provide client observations.
• Occasionally drive clients to appointments and activities off-site.

Monte Nido Clementine Montgomery, located in Skillman, NJ, is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Monte Nido Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a Full-Time Recovery Coach to join the Monte Nido Clementine team.

Schedule:

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday; Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Pay Rate:

$16 - $21/hr, plus weekend and overnight shift differentials
