Job summary

Southern Air of Mississippi is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in McComb, MS. This in-person role features hourly pay with commission and significant earning potential for capable technicians.

Requirements include 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience, an HVAC degree or equivalent certification from a trade school, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• EPA Type II (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
