Job summary

Air Tech of Pasadena is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX. You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, perform value-driven recommendations for homeowners, and maintain high customer service standards while complying with safety practices.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• TDLR license required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs.
