Job summary

Air Tech of Houston is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Houston, TX. Technicians are paid hourly plus commission, with uncapped pay potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualified candidates will have 1–5 years of HVAC service experience, a related degree or certification, and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes customer service, heavy lifting, and ongoing training in a support-focused, family-style company atmosphere.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently handle at least 50lbs.

What you will do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years HVAC Service experience
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
