Job summary

Climate Control Heating & Cooling is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Techs are paid hourly plus commission, with uncapped pay potential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs.
