Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America. The role focuses on optimizing employment opportunities and coordinating transitional employment to help customers secure permanent hires.

You'll conduct targeted employer outreach, tailor accommodations, assist with resume prep and interview skills, and track placement metrics to improve program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in social services or a related field and four years direct customer service experience.
• Experience in programs that place customers in employment.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify employers that can provide transitional employment and coordinate outreach efforts.
• Develop transitional employment agreements and submit for supervisor approval.
• Coordinate screening and referral of customer candidates for transitional employment.
• Assist customers with interview prep and understanding employer culture and needs.
