Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for local placement to meet participant metrics.
• Review existing employer partnerships and identify improvements.
• Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly placement goals as contracted.
• Outreach to prospective employers and build new relationships.
• Maintain relationships with existing employer partners.
• Schedule daily prospecting, cold calls, and in-person meetings.
• Serve as liaison among employers, participants and justice partners.
• Document all activities in Salesforce and related systems.
• Support Site Director with administrative duties.
