Job summary

Join Dutton Farm Inc. as a Job Coach to empower adults with disabilities in the workforce. You will work on-site with participants, provide real-time and hands-on coaching, and help them perform tasks with accuracy and independence.

The role requires strong leadership, consistency, and a commitment to results. A high school diploma is required, and applicants must be 18+ and pass a background check. Paid training and benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside participants at their job sites, providing real-time support and guidance.
• Deliver hands-on, one-on-one coaching to help participants complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Provide emotional support, helping participants navigate challenges and stay engaged throughout their workday.
• Use positive redirection techniques to guide participants back to tasks and reinforce expectations when needed.
• Build and reinforce strong work habits, accountability, and professional behavior in the workplace.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with employers, supervisors, and the Dutton Farm team to ensure success.
• Identify challenges quickly and take initiative to implement practical, solution-focused strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with Dutton Farm standards.
• Uphold safety expectations and address any concerns right away.
• Track progress toward employment goals and celebrate measurable achievements along the way.

Pay:$18.00 per hour

Job description:

Must be available to work three mornings per week and transport participant to and from job site.It will be beneficial if the candidate lives in Troy as well.
