Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside participants at their job sites, providing real-time support and guidance.
• Deliver hands-on coaching to help participants complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Provide emotional support and help participants stay engaged throughout the workday.
• Use positive redirection to guide participants back to tasks and reinforce expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with Dutton Farm standards.
• Communicate with employers, supervisors, and the team to ensure success.
