Job summary

RCS Empowers, Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an Employment Services Specialist to connect individuals with disabilities to meaningful community employment.

This is a full-time, out-in-the-community role, not a desk job, focused on relationships with people and local businesses. You'll build strong, trusting relationships, coordinate services with DVR and partners, provide job coaching, and help match job seekers to opportunities based on skills and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in vocational services or human services is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working independently and in the community.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting relationships with individuals seeking employment.
• Develop connections with local businesses and community partners.
• Match job seekers to opportunities based on skills, interests, and goals.
• Coordinate services with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and other partners.
• Provide job coaching and on-site support as needed.
• Conduct employer outreach and visits to expand opportunities and awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support success.
• Maintain documentation and service records.
