Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking an immediate Lead Job Coach for a Temp-Hire assignment. The role focuses on providing job placement and development services to students and interns as they near program completion, including coordinating job rotations at employer sites.

You will assist in all aspects of job search, support part-time coaches, and help students secure competitive community employment by the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of experience in developmental disabilities; or relevant year-for-year experience, or credentialing that substitutes for the educational requirement.

• Assist in all aspects of job search and obtaining competitive community employment.
• Support students during job rotations at employer sites.
• Support part-time coaches on a daily basis.

Job description

We have an immediate Temp-Hire Job Coach assignment available in Lebanon, Ohio. The Lead Job Coach will provide job placement/development services to students/interns towards the end of the school year. Assist in all aspects of job search and obtaining competitive community employment by the end of program completion. In addition to providing job coaching to students/interns participating in the program as they work in job rotations at an employer site. Support part-time coaches daily.

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities;
• Or Relevant experience on a year-for-year basis, or credentialing that substitutes for the educational requirement.

Work Schedule is M-F, 8:00-4:30, 8:30-5:00.

Pay Rate -$18.00-21.00 (dependent on experience and education)
