Job summary

Chippewa River Industries in Ladysmith, WI is seeking a part-time job coach to support clients in the community. The role offers 20-25 hours per week with scheduling between 9am and 8pm, peaking 3pm-8pm, and an hourly rate of $16.00.

Responsibilities

• Highlight the client’s abilities rather than focusing on their possible disabilities.
• Teach clients how to use their skills to be successful working for a business in their community.
• Work to help the client be successful on their own, ideally after enough time with the client they should be able to do their job without you there anymore.
• Maintain necessary documentation after meeting with clients.
• The critical role of your position is not to complete the tasks for the individual, but to demonstrate, support and document as our “clients” complete their work tasks.

CRI is hiring for a part-time job coach in Ladysmith, WI and the surrounding areas. The position will be about 20-25 hours per week - hours are between 9a-8p, with the most help needed from 3p-8p. Hours will vary based on your availability and our clients schedule.
