• Learn each client’s needs and support them in meeting goals in their employment setting. Provide training, demonstrations, and guidance individually and in group sessions.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule according to the needs of the clients and employers.
• Teach and encourage clients to pursue their hopes, goals, and objectives through self‑direction and effective decision‑making.
• Monitor and document client behaviors in the workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent and/or relevant work or life experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, ability to meet agency driving standards, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass required Wisconsin Caregiver Background Checks and any applicable out‑of‑state checks.
