Job summary

Community Access Services (CAS) is seeking a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with IDD in gaining confidence and succeeding in competitive employment within the community.

No prior Job Coach experience is required; training will be provided. You will coach individuals one-on-one, encourage independence, and collaborate with employers and support teams to promote lasting employment success.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to become an approved company driver.
• Ability to pass a national background check
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Willingness to travel throughout Hood River and Wasco counties.

• Supporting positive communication with supervisors and coworkers
• Helping individuals strengthen skills such as organization, time management, and problem-solving

• Collaborating with employers, support teams, and coworkers to help individuals achieve long-term employment success

Location: Saint Helens, OR

Pay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community.
