Job summary

New View is hiring a part-time Job Coach to work with disabled adults in the community, primarily at the Oconto Falls school during the school year. The role focuses on teaching job skills, fostering independence, modeling appropriate work behaviors, and monitoring performance.

Shifts run 4 pm–8 pm, 12 hours per week, with Fridays mandatory and Monday–Thursday optional evenings; weekends are not required. Starting pay is $15.00–$16.50 per hour, DOE.

PT Job Coach

New View is looking for an individual to provide job coaching to disabled adults in the community. Job duties include:

Modeling appropriate work skills

Monitoring work performance and providing feedback and assistance as needed

Work Hours: 12 hours per week.

Shifts are from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Fridays, but the other two days of the week, Monday through Thursday, are flexible.

Evening hours - no weekends

Current job location is in Oconto Falls school and is during the school year only.

Starting Pay $15.00 - $16.50/hr. based on experience
