Job summary

Community Access Services (CAS) in Hood River, OR is seeking a full-time Job Coach to support adults with IDD in achieving meaningful employment. You will provide one-on-one coaching, promote independence, and help clients develop professional habits for long-term success.

Training is provided; no prior Job Coach experience required. The role offers a $1,000 signing bonus, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to become an approved company driver.
• Ability to pass a national background check.

• Supporting positive communication with supervisors and coworkers

Job Title: Job Coach (Full-Time)

Location: Hood River, OR

Pay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 Hiring Bonus
